It is a story of about a few weeks back when my wife’s birthday was about to come. This time I thought of giving her a big surprise which was not common at all. After nights spent on planning and thinking, that what special I can do for her, I finally ended up in planning that I should plan a holiday trip for her.

I thought of surprising my wife by gifting her with a holiday package this time. The plan sounds good enough, but when it came to planning it and all, it was not that easy. The first thing that I faced difficulty in planning was to decide the place, where to go for the holiday. Then I thought to take her to her favorite place, and that was the UK. Since the place was decided now, I had to book the hotels and decide what all the places I can cover for the tour. Booking hotels was not much difficult task, after deciding what all places to visit.

I finally decided to visit and explore the following places in the UK which were London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow. I thought of visiting London first and then I thought to travel to Edinburgh and finally Glasgow. London to Edinburgh is a journey of about 5 hours by train. And Edinburgh to Glasgow is about 1 hour. Last month my classmates and I decided to visit some countries for the purpose of our educational survey. But visiting different countries for the purpose of the educational survey was so expensive for the students like us and we could not afford to visit all of them at once. So we mutually came to the conclusion that we will make 5 groups of 10 students each and visit 5 different countries and do our survey. This way we could easily collect the information that we wanted and could continue our research work with ease.

My group was given the UK tasks to complete, hence, we had to go to the UK.
